After working with me you will:

    No more beige or gray walls or cheap (or hand-me-down) furniture.

  • “Boring” is not a word you will use to describe your home... I will help you enhance / add architectural details.

  • You will pull into your driveway, knowing your house is beautiful and livable.

  • You can invite over your friends and family to show it off!

DESIGN BFF - Monthly Interior Consulting

>> $500/month - 3 month minimum

You have ideas for what to do with the interior of your home... so many of them that you have no idea what choose, what will look good and you're second guessing everything. Or maybe you moved in with furniture from your old house that just doesn't work in the new space.

The Design BFF service is set up as a consultative approach, where I am on call - ready to help you with your interior and exterior designs for the next 3 or 6 months (depending on the timeframe you select). 

I will be your Design BFF... there to weigh in on your choices and steer you in the right direction to align to your vision and help you with any issues that arise during the process.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

> Review of an inspiration photos
> Site visits - as many as needed
> Buying Options - presented via Pinterest
> Simple drawings for layouts and build projects
> List of recommended local resources to help you with the project (as needed)
> Styling Guidance
> Text messaging support

Design by the Hour

>> $75 per hour

Perhaps you just need my help once.... because:

> You think you know what you want to do, but would like me to weigh in
> You're stumped by a particular aspect of your  home, and need some new ideas
> You bought something, and it just doesn't seem to be right for the space, but you don't know why

I will be your Design BFF by the hour. I will provide vendor recommendations and notes from our meeting.

  • Space Planning

  • Accent Wall and Moulding Design

  • Design Meeting Selection for New Home

  • Styling Shelves or a Built-in (with items you have purchased)

Outdoor Space Planning

>> $500 - for 1 month

It’s time to tackle the outside of your home and make it feel like a resort… or at least something you’re excited to see every time you drive up or go out your back sliders.

I will help you assess what you have and make recommendations for planting beds, trees and shrubs, irrigation and water management considerations, hardscaping (pavers, curbing), as well as how to furnish and style your front porch and back lanai…. WHILE staying within the rules of your HOA!

I can also help with paint selection, landscape lighting and fencing for your home.
